These are juried markets. You do not "sign up" or "join". You must apply and you will then be notified if you are accepted by the jury.

Market Location. Orchard Town Center, Westminster, Colorado, along Town Center Drive between 146th and 147th Avenues (street closure). The market is adjacent to restaurants, a brewery and national retail like Macy's, JCPenney, Zales and others.

Booth Fee. Pricing for a 10' x 10' outdoor booth space is as follows: Orchard 'Til Dark ($140); Macabre Makers Market ($200); Winterfest ($140). Upon acceptance, a non-refundable deposit of $30 to secure your booth space is payable within two weeks (credit card or ACH payment is accepted). The balance will be billed in accordance with our Payment Schedule, as outlined in the Terms and Conditions (Section 24).

Application Deadline. The jury will be meeting on a regular basis and we will be offering acceptances beginning in late January. While applications will remain open until 8 weeks prior to each event (or until full), we suggest applying early.

Booth locations will be shared, along with load-in information, approximately one week prior to each market.

Booth Sharing. Booth sharing is allowed. In order to qualify, both of the sharing vendors must apply separately and mention the other in their application. Upon the acceptance of both, an administrative charge of $20 ($10 per vendor) will be added to the booth fee.

No refunds or rain checks will be offered in case of cancellation due to weather.
